About me

In 2015, I discovered the art of mosaics — and immediately knew I had found my calling. I completed training, began creating commissioned works, participating in exhibitions, and leading courses and masterclasses.

In 2021, I earned a teaching diploma for adults. This allowed me to deepen my approach to instruction, focusing on the individual, their state, needs, and inspiration.

Today, I continue to create, teach and share — with love for mosaics and for people. My classes are a way to pause, listen to yourself, and express your inner world through form, color, and stone.

Hi! I am Tanya, a mosaic artist and instructor with nine years of experience from St. Petersburg.

Gallery of works

I create works using various techniques, experimenting with forms and materials. I make pieces on commission, as gifts, or simply for the joy of creating.

My classes are a journey inward, a chance to express your emotions, recharge your energy, and fully experience the present moment

Classes
& courses

I lead signature courses and masterclasses both online and in-person, guiding students through the entire mosaic-making process — from sketch to finished piece.

My
approach

For me, mosaic is an art full of meaning — a form of creativity that calms and warms the soul. With me, you'll gain not only a finished piece, but also the joy of the creative process.

  • Calm
    atmosphere
Time for yourself, like a little retreat from everyday life. An opportunity to disconnect from worries and fully focus on colors, textures, and the creative process.
  • Creativity
    with self-care
You’ll discover new facets of your creativity and craft beauty with your own hands: every detail of the mosaic will be carefully considered, and the finished piece will bring pride and joy.
  • Natural
    materials
An opportunity to touch different surfaces and feel their texture and relief. Connect with nature through working with natural marble and smalti.
  • Community of
    like-minded people
Here you’ll meet others who share your passion, appreciate the aesthetics of handmade work, exchange ideas, support each other, and inspire one another.

Mosaic
without limits

I actively participate in exhibitions in Saint Petersburg and Moscow, and I also travel extensively.

My routes take me through Israel, Italy, Turkey, and India, where I study inspiring ancient mosaics and frescoes in their natural settings: from the Byzantine treasures of Ravenna and the ancient floors of Pompeii to the unique collection of the Archaeological Museum in Naples and the grand Mosaic Museum in Gaziantep.

This continuous flow of experience and practice makes me not only a thoughtful artist but also a teacher with much to share with students: hands-on experience and a passion for the art.

The life of a mosaic artist is one of constant movement, exploration, and a rich dialogue with culture.

Your
reviews

Your impressions are the greatest reward. It means a lot to me to know what emotions you take away from the classes and what feelings arise for you on the path to exhibitions.
